Our Shipping Policies

To help prevent credit card theft and fraudulent orders, we allow online orders to be shipped only within the United States. Any international orders will need to be placed via telephone by calling us on our toll free number at 1-877-887-0905.

We offer several methods of shipping.  For orders under $50.00 we offer a flat rate of $1.50-$6.50 depending upon the dollar amount of items chosen.  If you require or prefer UPS shipping, we offer: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, and Next Day shipping methods. By selecting one of the aforementioned UPS shipping methods at checkout, you are agreeing to forfeit your right to the flat rate shipping option (for qualifying orders under $50.00).

Our Returns/Exchanges Policy

  1. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise Only
    • Please contact us regarding reshipment of incorrect merchandise or damaged items. Call 1-877-887-0905 and speak to a Customer Service Representative prior to returning items to request authorization. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR MERCHANDISE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Failure to call can result in longer than usual processing times and/or lost merchandise.
    • After receiving authorization, please return damaged or incorrect merchandise to:

      • Name
      • Shipping Address
      • Telephone Number
      • Order Number
      • Purchase Date
      • Email Address
      • Paypal Receipt ID (if applicable)

    NOTE:

    All customers have a 30 day return/exchange period. In the event of an exchange, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us as well as the cost to reship the replacement order. Product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping charges. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for promotional or sale offers.

    • Exchange Policy:
      • Please call 1-877-887-0905 and speak to a Customer Service Representative prior to returning items to request authorization. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR MERCHANDISE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Failure to call can result in longer than usual processing times and/or lost merchandise.
      • The items must be returned in resalable condition. Use original packaging and be sure they are packed tightly. Exchange will be for same value of items purchased not necessarily the same quantity as some items cost more than others. Replacement product will not be shipped until the original product is returned. Shipping charges will be applied.

      Cancellation Policy:

      • Due to our extremely fast shipping services, our customers will not be able to cancel their orders once the order has been sent to our shipping department. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order of it you would like to cancel an order please contact a representative in our customer service department at 1-877-887-0905 to verify your order has not been sent to shipping.
